AdwaCare+ is an independent medical-travel facilitation and patient advocacy service. We help families coordinate access to specialist care abroad. We are not a hospital, clinic, or insurer.

- Information you choose to share about your health situation, travel plans, or a family member's care needs
- Medical records or documents you send us to help with coordination or second opinions

How we use it

- Respond to your enquiry and provide advocacy or coordination support
- Share relevant details with partner hospitals or specialists, only with your consent and only when needed for your case

We retain enquiry and case information only as long as needed to support your journey and meet reasonable record-keeping requirements. You may ask us to delete information that is no longer required.
